Purpose of this page
At Zooku, we are committed to maintaining a safe online environment and complying with the requirements of the Digital Services Act (DSA). If you need to contact us regarding the application of the DSA or wish to report content that you believe to be illegal, you will find the relevant information on this page.
1. Point of Contact for Authorities
In accordance with Article 11 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065, Zooku has designated a single point of contact for communications with the competent authorities responsible for the enforcement of the Digital Services Act.

This point of contact is intended
exclusively for official communications from competent authorities concerning the application and enforcement of the Digital Services Act.

3. Reporting allegedly Illegal Content
If you believe that a website, web page, file, or any other content hosted through Zooku's services violates applicable law, you may submit a notice by email to:

To help us review your notice as efficiently as possible, please include, where applicable:
- the URL or exact location of the content;
- a clear description of the content being reported;
- the reasons why you believe the content is illegal;
- any relevant information or supporting documentation;
- your name and contact details, if you would like us to contact you for clarification or to provide information about the outcome of our review.
Each notice is assessed individually in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 and the applicable laws. The submission of a notice does not automatically result in the removal of or restriction of access to the reported content.
