Zooku promotions regulation

General promotion conditions:

• The campaign is dedicated to Zooku.ro customers only. By Zooku.ro client we understand any individual or legal person that is registering on www.zooku.ro website and accepts the terms and conditions
• One order can receive only one promotional discount
• An unlimited number of orders can be placed
• The promotions or discount coupons can not be cumulated with other active promotional campaigns
• The activation of the hosting services, respectively the domains registration, is made after payment confirmation
• Promotions apply to those orders that comply with the terms and conditions of the campaign, during the validity period stated on website
• Discount coupons are limited to one use, have a predefined validity, and will be used according to the instructions received by email, when the promotion is launched
• Zooku reserves the right to modify or discontinue the campaign at any time, with prior notice to customers (by email or site warnings)

Tranfer .ro domain to Zooku + discount coupon" promotion conditions:

• The 40% discount on the hosting plan applies only to the .ro domain transferred to Zooku
• Domain transfer to Zooku means changing the current .ro domain provider with Zooku
• After transferring the .ro domain to Zooku, the bills for maintenance fee will be paid to Zooku
• The discount does not apply if the domain transferred to Zooku already has an active hosting plan
• The 40% discount coupon will be sent by email after the .ro domain transfer has been completed
• The coupon is valid for 12 months after receiving the confirmation message
• The coupon does not apply to other hosting plans from your account
• The purchase of a hosting plan for the .ro domain is optional
• The campaign is temporary and may be subject to change

Promo Package Official Rules:

1. THE ORGANIZER AND OFFICIAL RULES OF PROMO PACKAGE 2024
   The Organizer is S.C. Zooku Solutions S.R.L., Str. Iuliu Maniu, Nr. 14, RO21917996, J26/849/21.12.2010.
   The organizer reserves the right to modify these Regulations and assumes responsibility for any violation of the regulations imposed by current legislation.
2. GENERAL PURCHASING CONDITIONS
   The Promo Package Campaign is addressed only to customers who register on the website www.zooku.ro or already have an active account.
   Promotional packages can only be ordered for domains that do not have active hosting contracted on www.zooku.ro.
   The promotional prices for the CP20 Promo Hosting, CP50 Promo Hosting, CB10 Promo Hosting are 0.99 EUR + VAT/3 months, and the renewal will be ordered at the list price displayed on the website at the time of renewal.
   Downgrades from current (higher value and technical) packages to promotional packages are not allowed.
   To benefit from a promotional package, you must follow the steps below:
   • access www.zooku.ro or https://www.zooku.ro/en/hosting/packages
   • create an account or log in and place your order, then generate a proforma invoice
   • the payment must be made within 10 business days at most. Unpaid orders will be canceled 10 days after they have been placed.
   Ordering a promotional subscription per customer is allowed.
   Zooku Solutions reserves the right to cancel orders that do not comply with the present regulations.
   Multiple participations using fraudulent methods (multiple accounts, fake names, etc.) are not accepted.
3. DATA PROCESSING
   By placing an order for a Promo Package, you agree that Zooku Solutions SRL will process your personal data (name, address, CNP, etc.), which will be used for billing and activating your hosting account.

Terms and Conditions for the contests organized within the Facebook Zooku Solutions page

1. Organizer
   The contests of www.zooku.ro take place only on the official Facebook Zooku Solutions page, the organizer being the site with the same name. The Organizer reserves the right to change the Regulation, and users must be notified in advance through the website on which the Regulation is published.
2. Right of participation
   All Facebook users with residence in Romania can participate in this promotion, with the minimum age of 18 years at the time that campaign starts. Participants has to comply with the terms and conditions for this contest. Meta disclaims any responsibility in case the contest execution is unsuccessful. The promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta.
3. Period of deployment
   The duration of the contest is mentioned directly on the contest post, and each participant will respect the period mentioned in the contest post.
4. The contest mechanism and announcement of the winner
   For registration in the contests organized by Zooku Solutions, it is necessary that in the mentioned interval, users follow the steps from the competition description. At the end of the campaign, the winners will be drawn through the random.org program, and then mentioned on the contest post. To claim the prize, the winners must send us a private message on Facebook, using strictly the Facebook account with which they entered the contest. We will work together to determine an available domain name and suitable pricing plan.
5. Prize
   The prize will be mentioned on the contest post and their equivalent value cannot be redeemed for cash. Attention! The prize can only be validated if you write to us from the address of the account with which you registered for the contest. This prize is not valid for renewals of existing domains or hosting.
6. Canceling the contest
   At any time, if the Organizer decides, this campaign may be interrupted, modified, suspended or ended. This contest may end only on the date mentioned in the contest or only if the case requires to.
7. Personal data protection
   On the current legislation, the Organizer has the right to publicly announce the names of the winners of the contest. The names of the winners will pe posted to the contest at the date mentioned. The Organizer will keep during the contest, the confidentiality of the personal data of the participants.Participants in the contest, under the same laws, are entitled to: information; data access and data interference. At the written request of the participants, the Organizer will no longer use their personal data.
8. Final provisions
   By participating in the contests organized by Zooku Solutions, the participants agree to comply with the Official Regulation.
